大米變小米的甩肉方法 (待續)
OK...
這個減肥祕笈我說要寫已經說了很久了
不是我不寫
而是我真的不知道怎麼寫起
說是秘笈，其中也沒有什麼秘密
沒有超神奇減肥藥或抹了就會瘦的按摩霜
更沒有抽脂醫生的電話號碼
但是
身邊的人三不五時催我到底啥時要寫我的減肥方法
連今年新年收到同事的賀卡中
這個減肥祕笈我說要寫已經說了很久了
不是我不寫
而是我真的不知道怎麼寫起
說是秘笈，其中也沒有什麼秘密
沒有超神奇減肥藥或抹了就會瘦的按摩霜

一年的飾品寇達用完了
終於脫離滴滴答答的天氣
昨天和懶狗去逛台北後火車站的超大飾品店
上次去逛是去年夏天了
以前的我只要在路上看到飾品攤或店家
都會駐留看一看
問我身邊朋友就知道了...粉愛買
但自從我發現了"黛德美"後
我就不再買外面的飾品了

調戲老師
晚上在大衛教課
配對練習時，似乎聽到兩個男生說到"老師"這個字
於是走到他們面前
我問: "有什麼問題嗎？"
其中一男答: "沒有....老師很漂亮...結婚了嗎？"
哇哩勒～～～
我以為只有高中小男生才會玩這種遊戲
都要30歲的大人了也會這樣壓

吃飯格格大
先解釋"格格"一詞的由來
原先我跟懶狗來鄧 (跟靈犬來西有異曲同工之妙) 都彼此用"太太"稱呼
隨著年齡數字毫不留情的不斷增加
我們只能拼了"青春的肉體"似地要跟年輕扯上關係
於是乎，今年我們不是"太太"，是"格格"
Anyway, 今天開始放假了
本來想過年後一併整理這一陣子的食記
但又怕加了過年的這一個星期的食記可能會嚇到人
所以先把之前的整理一下好了

老師出作業了
又是個很久沒寫的教學點滴網誌
本來還是想寫生活雜記
但是寫來寫去一定脫離不了"冷"

well, back from the club.
So I went out with four other people, including the German boy I met last night at the hallway. His name is Felix.
The other four were Christina, Casdak and Nick.
Casdak is nice too. He's half Danish and half Japanese.
Maybe I'll upload some new pix later when I have time. I don't know...we'll see cuz I'm feeling exhausted everyday. LIke today, I was basically walking all the time, all day long.
But I'm enjoying it. That's what it's like to be on vacation I think. Besides, it's great exercise for me.
Last week I was with my junior high school best friend Michelle. We went to Vegas together.
And the day before that, another of my old classmates joined us on a one-day trip to San Diego.
Back from Vegas, I stayed at an old church friend's place (or I should say my mom's) for two nights.

Day 8
Here I am in San Francisco.
And I just wanna say, man...it's freezing here!!!!
Yesterday wasn't too bad, so I didn't expect it to be this cold!
Last week in L.A. and Vegas was like 42 degrees Celsius, but today in San Fran is only 20 i guess.
I was walking in the streets in a light jacket. I wish I had put more clothes on cuz I was starting to have a headache. This afternoon I went to the top of Telegraph Hill, trying to get a good view of the city.
But It was just sooooo windy that I could barely stand still on the top of the hill.
Hopefully I don't start to get a running nose tomorrow.
I'm currently staying at a hostel -- my first hostel experience.
Not too bad actually. The room is small though...but the bed is really comfy.
